The West and Central African Research and Education Network (WACREN) in collaboration with Nigerian Research and Education Network (NgREN), African Centre for Excellence on Technology Enhanced Learning (ACETEL) and National Open University of Nigeria (NOUN), is set to hold a one-day Digital Education Day, Wednesday, March 8, 2024 at the NOUN headquarters, Abuja.
ACETEL, through the leadership of the Director, Prof. Grace Jokthan, is supporting WACREN by driving the initiative of putting up the interactive session on Digital Education for the conference, to discuss the Infrastructure and competencies that are required to ensure digital education is conducted in high standards.
NOUN, is hosting the WACREN conference, as the Vice Chancellor, Prof. Olufemi Peters gave his approval for the hosting of the conference in the university headquarters, Abuja, at the new Multimedia facility, the Main Conference Hall as well as the Side Meeting Rooms.
