This short course on “leadership and project management” offered by the African Centre of Excellence aims to equip students with the skills and knowledge necessary to effectively lead and manage projects in their respective fields. The course covers topics such as leadership styles, team management, communication, risk management, and project planning and implementation. Through a combination of lectures, case studies, and practical exercises, students will develop a deep understanding of the key principles of leadership and project management and gain the tools and techniques necessary to successfully lead and manage projects. Upon completion of the course, students will be equipped with the skills and confidence to excel as project leaders and managers.
